Forget me not

This small vessel is inspired by this beautiful wildflower typical in spring and early summer in British woodland. 
 
Layers of coloured powdered glass are carefully cut away, then fired multiple times to create the depth of this piece. Gravity then does the rest, creating this delicate form that fits into the palm of your hand.
 
This form does not have a flat base and is intended to settle naturally on your chosen display surface.
